Owning a regular house in Ontario costs too much, and renting builds nothing. Most of that cost is the land under the house.

We know how it feels to pay every month and have nothing to show for it. Whether you're renting now or selling a house that's too much to keep up, what you pay each month should go toward something that's yours.

So we take the land out of the price. You buy your own home and lease the lot it sits on, and lot rent varies by park. The home is yours to paint, upgrade or sell later, within park rules.

We've owned and run our communities ourselves since 2019: more than 180 lots near Chatham, Brockville, Thunder Bay and Renfrew. Every park has a local manager you can call.
